About Anna's
At Anna's, we believe that food should always be full of flavor, extremely fresh, and fun. We strive to bring you unique dishes that reflect a diversity of tastes and flavors from around the world. Our menus change to reflect the seasons' freshest ingredients and to ensure that our food is innovative, healthy, and enjoyable.
We also offer a wide variety of creative vegetarian dishes tasty enough for the most ardent meat eaters.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and work collaboratively with our customers to design individual menus that are suited for their unique events.

Our History
Anna opened the doors to her retail store in February of 2001, after over ten years of catering private functions. After graduating from Yale College in 1989, Anna set out for law school, but found she spent more class time planning dinner parties and dreaming up new recipes than taking notes. She spent three years as the head chef at Orchard Hill Market before opening her own business. Anna's grew rapidly and now serves devoted lunchtime customers at our Orange street store and caters a wide range of parties and business functions throughout the greater New Haven area.
